Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

These terms govern the use of MaghrebHistory Publisher (the "Service"), operated by MaghrebHistory. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service publishes videos produced by MaghrebHistory to the MaghrebHistory accounts on TikTok and other platforms. It is not offered to the general public; only authorized MaghrebHistory team members can use it.

2. TikTok account

When you connect a TikTok account you authorize the Service to read basic profile information (display name, avatar) and to publish MaghrebHistory videos to that account. You can revoke this authorization at any time from the TikTok app (Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app permissions).

3. Content

Only original content produced by MaghrebHistory, or content we have the right to use (public domain or openly licensed archives, credited in each video description), is published. Published content must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Availability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty. We may modify or interrupt it at any time.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MaghrebHistory is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
